Format and schedule
- For the round-robin, each team will play all other teams in their division twice in a game to 21 (cap at 25).
- The “working team” for each set must provide a referee and scorekeeper.
- Teams will be ranked based on their Round Robin record. The top three teams from each division will advance to the playoffs. Ties will be decided by head-to-head record and then point spread.
- In the playoffs, each #2 seed will play a #3 seed from the opposite net in their gym. #1 seeds from Weavertown and Linville will travel to Faith to play their playoff games. #1 seeds from Faith will travel to Linville to play their first round of the playoffs. The semi-finals and finals will be held at FMH.
- All playoff matches will be a “best of three” set with all games to 21 (no cap for all playoffs).
- Games should be kept on schedule. Team captains and the working team should help with this by limiting warm-up times between sets to less than 5 minutes. Teams will be required to play with less than 6 players or forfeit if they are not present at game time.
