Format and schedule

For the round-robin, each team will play all other teams in their division twice in a game to 21 (cap at 25).
The “working team” for each set must provide a referee and scorekeeper.
Teams will be ranked based on their Round Robin record. The top three teams from each division will advance to the playoffs. Ties will be decided by head-to-head W/L amount, and then overall point spread.
In the playoffs, each #2 seed will play a #3 seed from the opposite net in their gym. #1 seeds will get a bye in the first round but will need to travel to another gym.
All playoff matches will be a “best of three” set with all games to 21 (no cap for all playoffs).
Games should be kept on schedule. Team captains and the working team should help with this by limiting warm-up times between sets to less than 5 minutes. Teams will be required to play with less than 6 players or forfeit if they are not present at game time. If we get behind schedule, we will need to shorten the pool play games.
